Our hospice care team consists of our own care staff and hospice volunteers. The hospice care staff at Compassionate Hospice has completed relevant training and seminars before we send them to your homes. In addition, they have passed all the qualifications we laid out. They have undergone through the scrutiny of our screening process that includes background checks, personality assessment, interviews, and skills tests. On top of that, we regularly carry out further training to make them well-kept at what they do.
We also have a pool of dedicated and passionate hospice volunteers. They choose to be in this industry out of their willingness to help you and your loved one. Our volunteers believe that caring for those who need is heroic, and no monetary value can compensate for the satisfaction and happiness they feel whenever they help someone.
